Man City, Fernandinho: “Chelsea is a tough test but we are ready”

The Brazilian midfielder spoke about the upcoming Premier League clash

MANCHESTER CITY CHELSEA FERNANDINHO / Manchester City will face Chelsea on Saturday in a match valid for the Premier League. The 32-year-old Brazilian star Fernandinho spoke about this upcoming clash against Antonio Conte's crew. 

“Although they didn't start this campaign on the right path, they are a great team with excellent players. We all know that they are a powerful side. It's going to be a very tough away match but we are ready to play. 

We are living a great moment here in Manchester. The squad is performing well and we are happy. Moreover, our fans are happy too. – stated Fernandinho to 'CityTV'”

The midfielder also spoke about his Brazilian mate and Manchester city new goalkeeper Ederson. 

“He is a great keeper and a huge addition to our roster. He has a lot of confidence and this is good for us. Ederson is reactive, good in the ball distribution as we as very calm on the field. He is the best goalkeeper I've worked with.”
